HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 1 - Skills Evaluation Stage

  2. Find Out If You Meet the Minimum Skills Requirement
  3. Phone Interview with a C&A Automation Training and Job Expert
  4. IF you meet the minimum skills requirments of our customer …
    you move to STEP 2

STEP 2 - Customer Approval Stage

  1. C&A Automation sends your information to our customer
  2. Customer requests a phone interview
  3. Customer approves your skills and approves you to enter the C&A training program
  4. Customer agrees to give you a 90 day temp to hire position after completing training program
  5. You are given a formal job offer that is contingent on successfully completing the training class
  6. You accept or reject the job offer … if you accept … move to STEP 3

STEP 3 - Training Class at C&A Automation's Facility

  1. C&A Automation's training program is designed specifically for the customer's equipment
  2. You will be taught all the necessary skills required to perfrom the job at the customer's facility
  3. You will be trained using a combination of class room lectures and hands on labs
  4. All classes are kept small (usually 1-6 people) so you can get as much one on one time with the instructors
  5. You will be tested every day and you will have one final exam at the end of the week
  6. People who pass the class … move on to STEP 4

STEP 4 - Start 90 Day Temp to Hire Program at Customer's Facility

  1. Report to customer's building for a 90 day temp to hire job
  2. Customer will usually conduct an orientation class and safety class
  3. Customer will assign a job schedule and assignments
  4. You will most likely "shadow" an exisiting employee for a few weeks before you are asked to work independently
  5. You will be expected to perform basic job duties and increase your responsibiliites over the 90 days
  6. At the end of 90 days … customer will extend permanent job offers to people who meet the customer's requirments
